I like that they are able to do all of my payroll for me (and have been since 2010). They also offer an online portal where you don't need software or hardware if your computer is connected to the internet - so it's not limited by location as much as other companies. I like that it is easy to use and navigate through the system. It has all of my information in one place. The interface is very user friendly. It is quick and simple to get an answer for any questions I have. I dislike having to go back and forth between multiple systems when trying to find answers.
