I like that it is easy to use for all of our employees who are not in HR or Benefits departments as well as those with limited experience using software programs such as this one! It does take some time getting used but once you do everything else falls into place very easily.

There really isn't anything bad about fund office xg at least so far we have had no issues since going live last month. We were able to get up an running quickly without having any problems which was great considering how long other companies took before they got their systems working properly after implementation.
