I was really impressed with these. I use them to keep my jeans down when I'm riding my horse without chaps. I ride in old thin junky jeans that ride up my boots and I use these on the outside to keep them down around my boot. Granted, I think these are supposed to be use inside boots, but anywho, they work great. The clamp is incredibly strong and holds up to ranch work. Occasionally they do open and come undone if they catch on something, and one broke fairly easily when it came undone while I was walking. But that's to be expected for the price.
