I can't believe I'm saying this but this tool and Miele in general make that awful task of vacuuming so much easier. I never thought I would see the day when I would voluntarily vacuum and not get back pain after doing this exercise. With this tool I can easily vacuum under low furniture. Its brushes are larger and softer than the tool that came with my vacuum (the cheapest model). I only have wood or tile floors, sometimes carpet. This tool is ideal for wood and tile. The tool has great flexibility and rotates when connected to a stick. This allows part of the brush to remain level with the floor, but allows you to rotate the hose so the brush can easily slide under furniture and bend around corners. Much easier to vacuum around chair and table legs and actually vacuum. I have a dog and I know how dog hair collects around peg legs. This device effortlessly sucks up the hair that accumulates in awkward places p. I can vacuum without switching to another brush or, as is so often the case, only with a bare hose. This brush makes vacuuming much easier and more efficient without having to change brushes while vacuuming. plus no more back pain. But it is strange that this part comes directly from Germany, i.e. it goes through customs and needs your signature. Shipping is fast, even with a signature request, it took about 10 days.
