When I moved to a small town on the Maine coast, I was told I had unstable cellular service or a weak signal would have. Not only was that true, but it got worse when my carrier changed my service (they were replaced with another one) and my signal got even worse. I had bad signal, 2 lanes at best outside and fell to 1 lane in the living room. and then a random 1 bar in most other rooms and nothing in the basement. For its part, the carrier has tried the "signal boost" system, whatever that means, and both SIM card replacement and phone options have been updated/changed several times. Still nothing better. I've been with them since 2007 and they say they wanted to leave me. They no longer offered signal boosters, but suggested one they knew worked well, from SuperBars. After much deliberation, I decided to try it. The cost seemed a lot better than if I had previously paid for my phone rental through my provider or switched and not knowing if a different signal would be much better. I bought the right size for my house. Setup was easy thanks to the instructions along with the online help video. I was unsure and called their customer service who advised me in good time and suggested how the guide suggests using the SignalSupervisor app. This helped a lot and made tuning the antenna a lot easier. The system works great. This not only expanded the service through my house but gave me up to 3 bars! The signal actually increased with their product. I work from home and a good signal is very important. I have a wifi/internet booster for my work phone that doesn't work either (probably it was more powerful and more expensive). I switched to SuperBars because it's vendor agnostic. This allows me to work more productively. Now I can speak without having to run outside for a better signal. Finally, I maintained the part of the house that was the dead zone. My child recently had surgery and I was able to set it up before he got home and he can text or call from his room if anything is needed while I was across the house. I really appreciate SuperBars products and service. .
