O-rings are not required for replacement parts
I found the disassembly and assembly tools well worth the money. However the o-rings were of poor quality, after the work was completed I drove 100 miles and the engine burned all the oil. When I took it apart again, I found that each injector had at least one damaged o-ring. Buy Motorcraft quality is noticeably better.
