I like that it is very simple to use for small business owners without complex computer skills or training required.

The software has helped my company with sales forecasting which allowed us to be prepared before meeting prospective clients in order to make sure we have everything needed to meet their needs when they arrive at our booth/table. It also allows me and other staff members who are not tech-savvy enough to keep up with technology trends an easier way to find information about new products being released by companies such as Apple etc., allowing me time to focus more on customer service than searching through websites just trying to figure out what's next!
