This isn't like the 'regular' red mug that smoothies won't stick to. But otherwise it would be ideal for reuse. I got this because my husband is picky about smoothies sticking to his regular glasses so he uses red disposable cups daily and it's driving me crazy because it's so wasteful. Oooooh I bought this thinking it would solve the problem. It's not like this. Smoothies stick to the sides, so now I'm back to square one. While I personally think it's a brilliant alternative to disposables, buy it if you don't care if your smoothies stick to it (and most people don't).
