Bought for my 22 year old son who has never touched ground beef to make hamburgers. I had to do it. I bought this to get him into making hamburgers (he loves gadgets). He used it the day after I bought fresh meat and commented about 3-4 times how much he likes the burgers he made. He made them thin, about 1/4 inch thick or something, and said they were really good and way better than the ones I made. Part that easily creates space to fill. Well, moms, it worked out great. I don't have to make hamburgers anymore. Spray PAM on it first to loosen the meat slightly. They send you papers to put between the patties so you can bake all your patties at once, freeze, and then use only what you need. Much better than store bought ready made patties.
