Easy to set up and use. The instructions are not that difficult to understand. Just follow the other calibration guidelines. Also use "0" for everyday use. I also had a spare pump head with me. Hose not included. Calibrate to 50ml instead, which is about 110-120 turns on the device (makes more sense when you actually have the product in your hand) and you'll get close to accuracy, always check actual performance after adjustment. I dose small amounts of 1-10ml and this has worked for me. Great so far. Finding that a small dose each day works much better than weekly manual dosing. Also, it's easier when I have to travel to explain to everyone who's checking on our pets. Feel free to buy this or any other pump but take one more pump than you think you need as now that I know the benefits and I'm out of space I could use two more.
