Review on 📷 Enhanced Day and Night Vision: Raspberry Pi 4 Camera Module with IR-CUT Night Vision for RPI 4B and Raspberry Pi 3 by Bruce Willam

Perfect for my project. Wemo's D1 Mini to control a doorbell button press and secondly set up R-PI as a web client to stream live video from the MotionEye camera to my TV. When the doorbell is pressed, Wemos sends a webhook trigger to IFTTT to automatically switch my TV to a security video stream through Harmony Hub. This works better than I expected. IR Cut automatically switches when the light level gets low (dim), and the IR LEDs turn on in the same way. No special coding or similar is required. They built CDS cells into the circuit boards to control light detection. I made a special case for the camera and IR LEDs as well as the doorbell button (picture attached). I put paint material reflective sheeting under the Lexan coating. to hide the IR emitters (you can only see the right one in the picture). Takes great photos and videos for my smart doorbell ;)
