Review on πŸš€ WTB Vigilante 2.3 Comp Tire: Unleashing High-performance Traction by Deon Sweeney

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great grip in rocks, firm mud, dry roots and gravel dirt

I ordered a 26 inch tire for my full suspension mountain bike and I run it up front. The rear tire is cheap. one and it's pretty worn out and will be replaced tomorrow after Revain has delivered my new WTB rear tire (nice upgrade from the old one). The good thing about a bad rear tire was that the grip contrast was huge. I regularly felt the rear end wash out, while the front tire just stuck to any surface and moved exactly where I pointed. I put 48 miles on this tire on my first ride and am very happy with my purchase. Note - I haven't tried this in muddy conditions so I don't know how it would apply in such conditions. It holds up really well when crossing a rocky creek. It's great on dry trails and I'm happy with my purchase. Time will tell how quickly it wears out, but it depends on how many miles you drive and how aggressively you drive. I recommend it for cross-country rides - single track tracks with different types of terrain. It also cuts a fine figure on unpaved roads and gravel paths. It also held up well on the descents with a single black diamond trail.
