Ordered these for my 4 year old niece as a Christmas present. These are great entry level skates for a young child. I wanted a classic ATV look that was also aesthetically pleasing and cute that a young girl would love. I've found it quite difficult to find junior skates in this size range that look like classic ATV skates. So many junior skates available are very busy with colors, straps etc. They are like runners. I didn't want to look like a blade. The wheels have a softer, grippier hardness that is more suitable for outdoor use, but can also be used indoors. The camps aren't that great. Neither of these affects me, however, since my niece is studying at the moment. Wheels and bearings can be easily retrofitted. The boot has a soft plush tongue and ankle which my niece loves too. These skates look really cute and my niece LOVES them! She kept thanking me for it. She is a petite girl and wears size 9 shoes. She was able to get this size 10 to walk. She didn't mention anything about the boots bothering her and she spoke SUPER about ill fitting clothes, shoes etc.
