NOT SURE. This rope perch, unlike others I've purchased, is a potentially life-threatening addition to your bird's environment. The braid wraps very loosely around the inner cylinder, making it easy for your bird to slip its leg or head between the gap. The results can be tragic. There are other rope poles that are wrapped tightly around the inner core, thus preventing a horrific accident. Please do not buy this product. Of course I sent mine back immediately.
