The customer service team was very helpful at every step along with their development staff! I had some issues during my trial which were promptly addressed by them through email or phone calls.

They did not charge me any amount after they fixed it as promised when we first talked about our concerns and needs. It's an excellent product if you're looking into having the same features and benefits offered by companies like UPS, FedEx etc. Nothing specific but just overall great experience working with this software so far!! We are using track pod mainly for ePod functionality for our customers who need us to deliver items across state lines.
