My previous shopping experiences with other online retailers made me eager to check out what myfriday had to offer in terms of apparel, footwear, and accessories. My experience, unfortunately, was not even close to being satisfactory. In spite of the impressive variety of products they offered, the quality of their customer support was quite lacking. When I had a problem with my order, it took their staff days to respond to my inquiry, and even after they did, the resolution they provided was not satisfactory. In addition to this, the speed of their shipping was not as fast as it was advertised to be, and as a result, I received my purchase several days after I had anticipated. My Friday may have alluring prices, but the experience of purchasing there is fraught with peril and fraught with letdowns due to the unreliable customer service that they provide. If you want to have a more enjoyable experience purchasing online, I suggest looking into various other online stores that offer superior customer service.
