So I used this product 3 times as a conditioner on my daughter's flawless hair, once a week to help with the dry winter air. Her hair follicles were swollen, I had to take her to several stylists and after bleaching she lost a fair amount of her hair! There are spots where hair is missing, all the hair on the back of her head is gone, and her hair was literally like cobwebs when it came out! I used this conditioner once on bleached hair as a conditioner and my hair started to stretch, fall out and look ugly. It was one of the hardest experiences of my life and I will never stop talking about our experience! My poor little girl was having a tough time and I feel terrible about it.
