I have two very fat, double coated Pomeranians that need brushing almost every day if not every other day. The cat is prone to tangles. This product will smell sickeningly sweet, something you don't want your dog to smell like, or someone or something actually works to easily detangle your dog's coat. They get a card that I spray on by brushing and the mats cause my pups no discomfort. The only drawback is the smell. But it's a really good hair detangler and I often do it just before bathing to untangle any tangles and not make new tangles while bathing and I can get rid of the shampoo and conditioner smell. this product. While it conditions, it doesn't wear hair down either. So smell aside, this product is really the only detangler that I think actually works.
