Order them on a whim. I needed new Dewalts and saw this kit for a 20v lithium drill kit. Now I will say this: The name is a bit misleading as it is 20V Max and 12V Base. Still does its job and works very well! Used it to fit my 4.5" lift kit to my '92 Jeep and had no problems for the most part. Battery life is decent. consists of unscrewing the bolts, placing the new shackle threads onto the new bolts, aligning, and then using Dewalt to install and fasten). PROS: light weight, great price, good performance (closes very tightly), good case, fast charging time CONS: Claimed 12V with 20V max - not real 20V, the LED indicator on the hammer drill is under the bit, making it difficult to see what you are doing about it to make a difference. All in all - for the price and what you get I couldn't be happier! It helped me get the job done and I will use it for other jobs!
