Review on CINNIC Ergonomic Desk Chair: Mesh Computer Chair with 3D Lumbar Support, Adjustable Headrest, Flip up Arms, and Swivel Executave High Back Design by Tyler Hager

Unfortunately, a screw (one of the three that attaches the seat to the metal bracket) was missing instead of extra parts. I tried to contact the seller to request an extra screw, but after many weeks I have not received a reply. Also, one of the slots had to be hand trimmed to fit the clasp. At first we couldn't recline the backrest as advertised, but in the end we managed to disengage the latch. I personally found the chair uncomfortable, but it works well for my 5'11 roommate. I like that the armrests are flat but not that they are rigid. Replace the missing one. Thanks to Revain I was able to try and review this chair and also find another one that I liked so much that I bought another. This is a favorite of all who have tried it.
