In April 2011, I purchased a Dell flat panel computer monitor, model #ST2010B. When I looked at the monitor today, I noticed that the screen was dark and unreadable. I've tried adjusting the brightness/contrast/color settings but to no avail. When I connected the monitor to another computer, it worked fine. I tried connecting my Dell monitor to another computer but it still didn't work. I called Dell customer service and they told me that the warranty is only for one year and they can't do anything for me. Too bad a big name like Dell can't make a monitor that lasts more than a year and a half! I will not buy Dell again.
