Broke after 8 months. Should replace.
Installed these jacks in July 2019. They were fine, fairly stiff and difficult to close compared to stock mounts. Whatever it is, just put some muscle into it. However, in March 2020 one of the end caps failed (as seen in the photo). The end cap broke and the hydraulic rod left a nice scratch on the inside of the gate. Looks like someone hit the car with a baseball bat. I would recommend looking for another brand/supplier. 7 to 8 months before the break is not good.
Pros
- SPECS AND APPEARANCE: Wheelbase: 18.87", Stroke: 6.09". These lift door stays are bright in color and feel unified, strong sense of style.
