Do yourself a favor. Trace the exit line of the notch on the metal cover. The supplied paper template is too small. It took a lot of slicing with a utility knife to get it to fit. Remove the screws from the rear passenger seat to drill the front holes. There is no need to remove the seat belt, simply slide the seat forward once it is unbuckled. Definitely worth it, reduces the noise a bit.
