Updated review: User error here. The water MUST be turned off after EVERY use as the pressurized components will deteriorate over time. Although this is on the product description page, it is not that noticeable, so I give it 4 stars. I've been using it for about a year with no problems and suddenly the nozzle broke and flooded my bathroom and almost my entire house if I hadn't heard running water. Obviously there is a design flaw and the materials are cheap enough that this can happen over time. I will definitely be buying a higher quality branded replacement.
