Ideal for lifting roast and shredded chicken for chx salad and casseroles. I used to almost lift a roast out of the slow cooker and it splattered back into him! And me sometimes! Much better than trying to balance a large fork and a drainer! I don't have to wait for the meat to cool as it grinds faster! Satisfied! Very sharp! I kept the box and styrofoam to store the claws and followed the instructions to place the claws BELOW! I hand wash carefully so I don't accidentally get stuck cleaning out the dishwasher or whatever! Recommend, but be careful with children! I have to show and teach them the same security that I use! Useful thing! My grandkids love all my gadgets.
