I screwed up countless sweats at the gym. So far. I usually have special breathable hats for the gym, but these liners allow me to wear any of my hats without fear of sweat stains ruining them. Not only do they protect the hat from stains, they also make all my hats more comfortable to wear. They are lined and the front seams are ironed out on the hats. And although they are advertised as disposable after each use, I use them multiple times and switch from one to another. They are sticky enough to hold them in place but don't wear off too much, they can't be easily adjusted or transferred to another hat. A word of caution: don't leave them on for too long as the glue will eventually break down and leave a sticky mark on your hat. I really like her and I'm sorry I didn't find her sooner. However, the price is very strange for the quantity. The more you buy, the higher the price of each.
