Handled the car well on a 150 mile trip in the mountains. But at least the first time it was difficult to set up yourself. I use belts all the time, that's not the reason. Also for my setup, the hooks didn't open enough for the D-rings. I had to pull the chain through the ring and back to me. I was almost too small to attach the tires to a regular sized vehicle, just pull and pull straight down like in the video. There would be plenty of room in a truck tire but not as much in a car tire.
