Overall this is an amazing headset, I'll explain quite simply why I only get 4 stars. Pros: - Sound quality 7.1 channel Dolby - Design is an elegant black - Microphone quality - Crystal clear sound - Good noise cancellation - Battery - 20 hours of use - Two rechargeable batteries - Very easy to insert and remove the battery from the headset. One charges as you play. - Good range - I can walk around the kitchen 25ft away and not lose touch. Cons: - Still not fully wireless when using chat on Xbox. Not a big problem, to be honest. Too tight on my head. I have a slightly smaller head so it doesn't bother me much but I can agree with other comments that say it's too tight. There's no support for microphone monitoring - the headphones fit so snugly against your head that you can't hear you. . I feel like a deaf person trying to speak into a microphone and not knowing how loud or soft I am speaking. They used to have a number of turtle beaches and they have moc monitoring so your voice is sent through headphones so you can hear yourself and hear other people speaking in the same room. It would be 6 stars if a switch for microphone monitoring was supported.
