Would use again and highly recommend to all my friends and family! Work very well. I received my cameras on time and as described. I misunderstood the fact that the system I ordered did not include a hard drive. When I opened it I thought I should have gotten a hard drive. I asked for a refund and gave feedback that the company had made a mistake. Although the error was caused by my misunderstanding, the company notified me and has now offered me a $35 refund for purchasing the hard drive.
