The power connection for one of the cameras was missing. He also gives you instructions in broken English, with English words that don't make sense. But most importantly, it's not really WIRELESS! I actually use my cameras indoors and outdoors and they work really well! I love two-way audio and communication via cameras! Camera images are very clear even at night! For the price ABSOLUTELY great! My only issue was with tech support, I had a bit of trouble setting it up and never got an email from anyone but I was able to figure it out myself and it was pretty easy!

I misunderstood the fact that the system I ordered did not include a hard drive. When I opened it I thought I should have gotten a hard drive. I asked for a refund and gave feedback that the company had made a mistake. Although the error was caused by my misunderstanding, the company notified me and has now offered me a $35 refund for purchasing the hard drive.

Installing a hard drive is extremely easy when you want to upgrade your hard drive to 1TB. I have cameras installed all over the yard and even when they use the playback function I've had no trouble seeing what's happening behind my garage without the quality settings stuttering. I highly recommend the cameras. in the video, the trees move smoothly and are less than a second behind.
