I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do this. I bought this fan for use in my caravan when camping, I only use it for noise. I read all the reviews and they were good. Arrived at home, unpacked and threw away the box. Well this thing takes 4 D batteries at a time and I've used 12 batteries so far and only used it twice. and now it doesn't light up even with new batteries, i turn it on and it goes off after a minute. I tried setting a timer but it didn't even work. Don't waste your money, sorry I didn't keep the box so I can send it back.
