Poor instructions and functionality

After connecting new devices (mouse/keyboard/computer), the mouse freezes and you see double cursor, screens turn off and you have a black screen and other problems . The box contained a card with support phone numbers that didn't work and an email address. The letter was sent five days ago and I have not received a reply. For these reasons, the KVM switch was returned.
