The creases are only visible on one side!

I was willing to give a slightly negative review because it was the creases that made me order this duvet and the fact that it was actually made with real down and not any type of down was filled with polyester. replace down. I unwrapped the comforter from the plastic bag she took out of the air to save on size and all I saw was a smooth surface - the seams are accurate, but no creases. I wondered if they sent me the wrong product (as did the other reviewer). Even though we were in the middle of one of those mid-winter Southern California heatwaves, I decided to give it a try on our new king-size double bed last night. and my husband, who is always cold, felt very comfortable. I didn't take off my duvet, but I had to take off the heavy duvet in the middle of the night because I was getting too comfortable. Before writing this review I decided to revisit other reviews and see photos that clearly show the wrinkles that I like. I checked again - no wrinkles! But at the last moment I decided to look at the wrong side, which was inside when I unfolded the blanket. Yes! Here they were, as in the photo. Beautiful wrinkles! My duvet is white, not yellowed. The fabric is smooth but not plastic. Yes, it creaks a little when you run your hand over it, but I love the crunchy feel in my sheets, so even a comforter doesn't bother, although it always has a sheet on the bottom and is spread out on top or under a comforter lie when I find what I like about this new bed. That's a good price, especially for real feathers. I think 10 years ago I bought one for a queen bed, good quality but no real feathers and it was the same price so I think it's a bargain. The bag looks a bit small, but I doubt I'll be carrying it anywhere, so I'll probably use it for something else, not as big and clumsy as this one. Final word: if you need a high-quality blanket with beautifully sewn loops. and characteristic folds on one side, cozy but probably not for the arctic climate, this is a good choice.
