Good for coloring epoxy

I'm by no means an expert at coloring epoxy, but I used mica powder for this. I made mosaic pins for the slingshot grip that my son and I made together. I used Devcon 30 Minute Epoxy and mixed it with mica powder to color it. I then used a syringe to inject the mixture into a hollow aluminum tube and then inserted some solid copper rods arranged in a four leaf clover pattern. The resultant color of the epoxy painted with this mica powder was excellent. It took quite a bit of mica powder to give the epoxy a fairly light color. To color a half-dollar epoxy mix, I simply dipped a wooden matchstick in mica powder and sprinkled on a small amount of it. I thought the blue was the prettiest because it was a vibrant pearly blue, but the red and black were pretty good too. The red can be slightly pink, but I've heard that's what you'd expect from mica powder. Overall I would buy this mica powder again as I thought it was good value for money.
