Poor quality and service

After two uses the plates separate by themselves and the handle can be fully depressed even with the plates closed: the valve lets liquid through. Had to return it for over $70 with no refund (policy!). Upon inspection I found that it was made cheaply. I recommend looking at other articles. I regret my purchase.

Pros
