Review on Four Paws Foldable Panel Gate by Stacey Littlejohn

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It is important to have a small, unmotivated dog.

I've had the three panel version and the Corgi for 15 years. I was told one day that one of them had "bad backs" and needed to keep her in check, and I found her trying to jump over it. Most of the time nobody tries, but I'm in the room with him most of the time. I have a six month old and he's not really trying to run away. The other one she sometimes picks up and tosses aside when it's worth it (for food. I tied it to the wall so she couldn't because of her "bad back"). I can easily step over it and have never tripped. The five panel is glued, not stapled as others have said. I added pins to each joint hoping it would last as well as the other. I guess they let me choose which side should be the bottom because it affects how it works when used to block two doors on different walls. I love my old one, so far I love this one just as much and hopefully for just as long. Likewise. My dog doesn't have a bad back, he just had a bad vet.

Pros
  • No tools or assembly required.
Cons
  • Not sure.
