Perfect fit but you can replace the rubber grommet at the same time.

Exact replacement for the old existing unit on my 2000 Toyota Tacoma. When installing, be sure to take the time to remove the air intake hardware so you can peek between the rubber grommet and this part. If you pull straight up (like I did) there's a good chance the rubber bushing will split in half leaving a small rubber ring at the top of the valve cover. This is especially common when the seal is old. There is a deflection system inside the Toyota engine to keep the old rubber ring from falling into the engine and even if it did I was told it would just fall apart and get stuck. oil filter. However, in order not to risk it, I used a vacuum cleaner to insert the part into the hole in the valve cover and then pulled it out with needlenose pliers. The rubber grommet I used to fix the problem was a standard replacement from Dorman: https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-HELP-42058-Valve-Grommet/dp/B000CO91HM
