Very Useful!: Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets
I'm not the type of chef who can tell something is cooked to taste by touching it, so this is a lifesaver. I no longer have to cut open a grilled steak to see if it's done; So far this probe thermometer has been absolutely accurate! The only wish is that it reads a little faster. But overall I'm very happy with the quality considering the price I paid.
