The mount is confusing because it mounts in the opposite direction of Dyson's mount for their cordless vacuum. I know they are different vacuum cleaners but they must have instructions. Aside from installing it upside down and thinking it was a piece of junk for a while, that has been fixed. It's easy to fix - provide instructions. What is not so easy to fix is the ruthlessly cramped corner for the power supply. When I had to take the Dyson Car & Boat vacuum and charger with me on a trip, I couldn't pull out the end of the power adapter without damaging the end of the adapter. Because of this, I had to buy another adapter.
