The package came in a plain cardboard box with a small pack of screws. The product is not durable at all. When you place the vacuum on the holder (v7 trigger), the weight of the vacuum pushes down the bottom of the holder, rendering the clip on top of the item unusable. I didn't install it as it's guaranteed to fall out. The item will be returned.

Annoyed that I bought this highly rated product only to find out it didn't fit your Dyson accessories perfectly. The mount is great for a handheld vacuum, but the accessory doesn't fit properly and it's incredibly annoying. I am returning this product and purchasing either a genuine Dyson wall mount or a different brand wall mount that actually fits the accessory.

I have a Dyson V7 and wanted to wall mount it instead of leaving it on the floor. I was looking for a product like this and it worked great. I installed the mount, wrapped the cord around the mount and you can just pop the vacuum into the mount to charge. First adjust the power plug in the holder so that it makes contact with the vacuum cleaner. As soon as this location was determined, it was charged without any problems or the plug moved from its original position. Excellent holder.

Advertisement says this is for V7 triggers. box too. But that's not the case. It's too high so the top tabs won't snap when the vacuum is in place and it just falls off. One reviewer added foam padding to the bottom, but this item was initially overpriced - I won't be making any changes! By the way, there are no instructions in the kit, so you just need to study it and intuitively understand how to lay the charging cable. Maybe it's ok for another Dyson, but it's absolutely not for the V7…

I wish it came automatically with the purchase of a Dyson PDA, but it's neither here nor there. It was the best option for our house! The mount is confusing because it mounts in the opposite direction of Dyson's mount for their cordless vacuum. I know they are different vacuum cleaners but they must have instructions. Aside from installing it upside down and thinking it was a piece of junk for a while, that has been fixed. It's easy to fix - provide instructions.
