Bad anchors. I'm really not sure how they got such high ratings. Sure, you get a lot, but they don't fully snap into the wall so you can just pull them out. It's fine if you're hanging something 1lb or less, but I hung a 5lb floating shelf with 4 of these and they gradually slide out over time causing the shelf to slide out of the wall. Just buy a set of Toggler anchors from Lowes and you won't have to re-hang anything. I've included a picture of the shelf anchors, which I was able to easily pull out of the wall once the screws were in.
