Seems to work as well as the OEM tips
I bought these tips for my Weller iron because the tip that came with it was too big for fine detail work on circuit boards. So far so good with these tips. I've only used one so far, but I've already spent at least 15 hours with it with no problems. It tins well and seems to conduct heat well as long as I keep it shiny with either a damp sponge or one of those brass mesh nib cleaners (I use both, usually the latter when I'm working to keep the nib from getting too went in hard) .
