Super white! for vise

If you are a professional mechanic, machinist or serious DIY enthusiast then this vise is for you. Right materials, superior design, and professional craftsmanship, all made in America. I am going to replace a vise I bought years ago which I recently found out to be a counterfeit Chinese Yost vise which is simply wrong and therefore needs to be removed. You must be careful when buying from Wilton. Most of their vises are made abroad with inferior materials and poor workmanship. If it has a blue sticker instead of "Wilton" as part of the molding, then it doesn't beat what you can buy at Harbor Freight for a fraction of the price. One more thing, it's a 300, the jaws are about 3 inches wide and the vise weighs about 30 pounds. The 400 is about 4 inches wide and weighs about 62 pounds, so it's a lot bigger. There are a few more than 400. I bought this one to check the quality and now I will order 400. I've looked around and Revain seems like the best place to buy them as all sales seem to be either online or on special orders.

Pros
  • PRECISION SLIDING BEAM: Eliminates front leg movement regardless of opening distance.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
