The tray deforms fairly easily and won't fit back on the screw
I teach in a class and have had 2 of these. Both fell apart so much that I had to tape them shut. One of the legs was completely ripped off and on both the tray warps very easily and won't settle back onto the screw, it keeps falling off. I was able to set it up and get it working until the leg came loose. If you're looking for a high-performance travel easel, treat it with extra care or look elsewhere. It would be nice to set it up just for display and not as an artist's work easel.
