The ability to track tickets in real time, allowing for easy communication with customers about ticket availability.

It also allows us to easily create groups that can be used across multiple events which makes it much easier than manually creating separate teams for each event. We have had issues with the software crashing at times but overall I do like the product very much. Being able to see all my team's tickets available for purchase right away helps me keep up-to-date with how many tickets we still need sold or given out.
