UPDATED 10 Sep. 2010 For others rather unusual. As for the product, it wasn't a tool that could do the job I needed, but depending on the need, it might work for you even if it's not for me. The construction and ease of use were good, just didn't do the job I needed, while going back to a standard metal blade made it easy for me. So here's the reason for an upgrade: customer service. It was the most amazing and highest quality experience I have had with a Revain seller. Since the product itself wasn't initially defective or broken when it arrived it just didn't meet my needs so I left a negative review for the product and just discounted the cost. Without asking, the seller saw the negative review and contacted me without prompting to see if they could either send me another unit for free to see if that would work better for me, or if I'd rather just have a full one Refund would be received, no questions were asked. Since I had already done the job with a traditional metal blade and I don't think another plastic blade would be better for my needs, I simply asked for a refund and in fact I got a subscription soon after. an email from Revain saying the seller refunded me the purchase price. You cannot ask for better customer service than this and I wish this seller the best of luck in his business and see good things coming back to him for the excellent care he has given me on his own initiative. This is how business should be done. First class seller!
