I like the product but the collar doesn't last more than 5-6 hours on a charge. The dog was in training and the trainer told me it takes about 3-4 hours on average and when she was at my house I tried it and it took maybe 5 hours if I turned it off while she ate in the morning, and while I did other things. things and then made it into one. I bought another one for my daughter and it easily lasts 12 hours or more. When she used mine on her dog, she had the same problem. Can I get a new battery for it or just replace the collar charger?
