This is amazing. Upgraded my old standard connectors to these and the difference is amazing. You can see the size comparison in the photos. The bore of Milton blocks is over 1/4" (0.27" to be exact), while standard ports are 3/16" or 0.187". Doesn't sound like much, but it's huge. The Milton has an area of 0.049 inches, while the standard connector is only 0.028 inches. Thus, Milton has almost twice the opening area than the standard. This can be seen most clearly in the characteristics of percussion guns. My Dewalt Impact that I reviewed sounds like it's delivering 50% more hits or has more hits per minute. They also connect very quickly. The stop sleeve stays in the rear position and only slides forward when a tool or hose is inserted. This means that tools and the like can be easily connected with one hand.
