I got this mount a few months ago and for some reason it didn't work. I contacted the seller directly to exchange it and they went out of their way to find me a replacement. Firstly, by the time I contacted them, we were already out of Revain's return window, so I couldn't do it through Revain. However, they went ahead and sent me a replacement in perfect condition. I love the mount. It is functional, works well and fits perfectly in my living room. I would definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone deciding whether to buy this one or not.
