Item came in a box in a bubble bag. The box was destroyed and there were no instructions, maps or anything to show that the app is required to use it. There is a QR code which then takes you to an app to use. It's all alien and not very user friendly. It took me a minute to understand everything, but I got it. After hooking it up I found that only one worked because during assembly or the crappy shipping the screw cut 3 of the 4 wires and exposed them to the metal base causing a short circuit. I'll upload a positive review with additional photos if I can get it working. While I wouldn't even put them in the car given their condition.
